I love this movie, one of the best horror movies of all time, and I simply wanted to pay it homage.
Who is and where does Moutchy come from?
I’m a freelance artist/illustrator from Quebec, Canada.
How long have you been in the t-shirt world?
Almost 5 years!
What would you suggest to an aspiring t-shirt designer?
Try to see what’s popular, what sells, what people like, but don’t copy what others do! Find your own style, come up with new interesting concepts, things that you would like to wear yourself. And don’t give up!
What’s a day in the life of Moutchy like?
Quite boring, to be honest. I work from home, which is really nice. I don’t have a very strict schedule, but I try to work regular hours during the day like any other job. When I don’t have commissioned illustrations to do, I work on T-shirt designs, contests, or I do oil painting.

3 cds: Just 3! Oh that’s cruel! Iron Maiden (A real Live Dead One), King Diamond (Dreams of Horror), Scorpions (Pictured Life).
3 books: IT (Stephen King), Mirage (Boris Vallejo), Where’s Waldo (I’ll need to pass time if I’m the last survivor of Human race).
One t-shirt: I’d keep the one with my design “Time”.
You are the governor of the world. What’s the first thing you would do?
That sounds like an awfully stressful job! So I’d probably try to find the best possible person to replace me xD
You’ve just won a DeLorean time machine. Which historic period/time/moment would you like to visit?
I’d go back to the 80s and see all the great metal bands live in their early days!
