This spectrograph image was captured by the Lovell Telescope at the Jodrell Bank Observatory on the 23rd of November 2013. It is a Transmission of unknown origin and is similar to ones observed on the 15th of June 1979 (FAC 10) and 28th of November 1967 (LGM-1). It originated from a planet in a distant galaxy located somewhere in the constellation of Vulpecula, and had the magnitude of a massive exploding star. Originally it had been mistakenly identified as a radio pulsar but on closer inspection irregularities in the wave form point to a more alien origin. Moments after the original readings were viewed on the oscilloscope the planet mysteriously disappeared. NOTE: As this image was originally captured on an oscilloscope it would be really cool if it could be printed in glow in the dark ink. It would really complete the effect.
