Tell us something about this design.
I grew up in the MTV generation. MTV was responsible for helping music grow and develop through the 80’s and 90’s but I have always wondered why they moved in such a weird direction? I despise reality TV. It disappoints me that MTV sold this entire culture out.
Who is and where does Chris come from?
All over the US. Was born in Texas. Raised mostly in NY. Lived in a lot of other places as well.
How long have you been in the t-shirt world?
Maybe about 3 years. Posters have always been my focus as long as I’ve freelancing and doing stuff on my own in the illustration world.
What would you suggest to an aspiring t-shirt designer?
I’m probably not the guy to ask. If you did, I guess keep it topical. Focus on whatever movie/tv-show/musician is most popular at the time, keep it simple, and keep it witty whenever possible.
What’s a day in the life of Chris like?
I try to work on a design everyday. A lot of the stuff I do takes me at least a week or two to finish if not 6-8 weeks. So I try to spend at least 5-8 hours everyday working on a design. If I don’t I lose interest and love for the design.

3 movies: The Big lebowski, Natural Born Killers, American History X.
3 videogames: Fifa 15 (DIVISION 1 TITLE WINNERS!), GTA V, Red Dead Redemption.
3 cds: Nas: It was Written, Pink Floyd: The Wall, Macklemore: The heist.
3 books: Green Eggs and Ham, The Giving Tree, James and the Giant Peach. (not a big reader. I keep it simple.)

You are the governor of the world. What’s the first thing you would do?
Clean water and food for all, work towards ridding the world of all nuclear weapons, and trying to get people from he US to appreciate the beautiful game of soccer (futbol) so maybe we can finally build a respectable team that could make it to the World Cup semi finals.
You’ve just won a DeLorean time machine. Which historic period/time/moment would you like to visit?
The 70’s. Music was the best it’s been in history, people stood for what was right, we protested unjust wars, and built great things.
