Who is and where does RyanAstle come from?
I am a graphic designer and aspiring Illustrator from New Brunswick, Canada.
How long have you been in the t-shirt world?
Since 2012.
What would you suggest to an aspiring t-shirt designer?
Give up! I don’t need any more competition! If you’re not going to give up, I would say do a lot of research on what comes out on a daily basis, look through the previously printed designs and various companies to get a feel for what they like. You’ll start to notice some companies print more designs of this character or property and so on.
What’s a day in the life of RyanAstle like?
Nothing too exciting, I do graphic design for my day job and spend time with my wife and kids after work. I try to squeeze in work on a T-shirt design here and there. I try to book a print a month somewhere.
